What type of franchices and territories
             are available?

We're offering our franchise opportunity in the West and Southwest. In Northern California we have territories in San Jose, Oakland, and San Francisco. We are also offering multi-shop territories in most other states.

What will a franchise territory cost?

Our franchise location within a territory costs $35,000. An entire territory, or a number of franchises within a territory (a given number of stores to be opened and operating within a period stipulated) is somewhat less costly on a per-store basis.

Does Miracle offer financial assistance?

Not directly. The company's experience and assistance in helping you arrange financing with our sources or your own can be of great value, however.

Does Miracle assist in ordering materials and
             supplies?

MAS Warehouse provides forms and control sheets that help you systematize your ordering and inventory procedures on a continuing basis. MAS Warehousing will be one of your largest and most cost-effective suppliers.

Do I have to carry a large inventory?

No. $5000 to $7,500 in inventory is sufficient for a normal Miracle operation.

What is the Miracle training program?

• Two weeks at Miracle headquarters
  
• Classroom sessions
  
• Four weeks on-the-job, hands-on training in the shop environment
  
• Productivity and profitability

What is the franchise royalty fee?

The fee is 5% of the gross sales. Under our Parts Rebate Program your continuing fees can be less.

Is there an advertising requirement?

Yes. 5% of your gross sales is earmarked for your advertising program. 2% of your gross sales is spent on local advertising of your choice. The remainder, 3% of your gross sales, is administered by Miracle and spent on umbrella advertising. This proven, prospect-producing advertising is created and placed by Miracle's advertising agency, MAS Advertising, for the benefit of all the stores in your area.

Is my territory protected?

Yes. No other Miracle location except your own can be located within the geographical boundaries drawn in the franchise agreement.

What is the term of my franchise agreement?

Ten years, with options which can be renewable indefinitely.

Does Miracle assist in site selection?

Miracle knows how to find the best locations and has proved it store after store. Miracle assists by defining the specifics of a good location, such as traffic count, parking availabilities, public transportation, etc. When you have chosen a likely site, Miracle will help you evalulate it before you sign a lease agreement.
